TTI Managing For Success® Reports

Managing for Success® reports

Style Analysis Instrument responses are input into TTI's Managing For Success® software which interprets the information and produces the Style Analysis graphs (shown below).

The graphs depict an individual's natural and adapted behaviour in terms of the D, I, S and C behavioural factors, and the "expert system" software "translates" this information into a highly readable and accurate narrative report.

In addition to a General Characteristics section, the reports may include sections dealing with various aspects of an individual's performance at work:

  • Value to the Organisation

  • Checklist for Communicating

  • Do nots on Communicating

  • Communication Tips

  • Ideal Work Environment

  • Perceptions

  • Descriptors

  • Natural & Adapted Style

  • Adapted Style

  • Keys to Motivating

  • Keys to Managing

  • Areas for Improvement

  • Behavioural Factors

  • Specific Factor Analysis

  • Style Analysis Graphs

  • Success Insights Wheel

There are many different versions available (see below) most of which are very comprehensive and are specifically targeted at either a particular application (e.g. coaching, interviewing, team building) or at specific jobs (e.g. sales, customer service).

Time P.L.U.S.™   Sample Report

Interviewing Insights™ - General   Sample Report

Interviewing Insights™ - Sales   Sample Report
This special report allows you to compare the person you are interviewing with their report, and identifies if candidates are masking their behaviour just to get the job. Make sure you hire the “real” person - not their adapted behaviour for the interview. Available in two versions, General and Sales.

Relationship Insights™   Sample Report

Our ability to interact effectively with others often means the difference between the success or failure in relationships. However, before we can understand others we must first understand ourselves. Relationship Insights was designed to provide that understanding.
