Strategic Success Modeling is a simple, software-aided process that
us to work with you to create competency models that define "what
good looks like" for each unique job in your organisation.
Through a facilitated workshop with key people in your organisation,
we can build a custom competency model using the SSM library of
38 competencies and produce a report outlining the construct validity
of the process and the model.

SSM seamlessly integrates with ASSESS to provide competency-based
hiring tools. We will customise an ASSESS Selection Report and a
