Define Success
Strategic Success Modeling is a simple, software-aided process that us to work with you to create competency models that define "what good looks like" for each unique job in your organisation. Through a facilitated workshop with key people in your organisation, we can build a custom competency model using the SSM library of 38 competencies and produce a report outlining the construct validity of the process and the model.


Hire Success
SSM seamlessly integrates with ASSESS to provide competency-based hiring tools. We will customise an ASSESS Selection Report and a Behavioural Interview based on your Success Model.  Click below to see a sample ASSESS Selection report.

Develop Success
We will help your people "grow" into your model of success. Our new ASSESS Development Report can provide current employees with targeted feedback and action planning based on your Strategic Success Model.
