Roger
has been using Attitudinal and Behavioural tools for more
years than he cares to remember. He has worked in a
wide range of different companies, from sole traders to PLCs,
from major High Street Bank divisions to new business start-ups.
After
starting work as an accountant, Roger helped his father and
others to found the SPAR Retail Group in UK, together with
the SPAR brand. Later Roger became sales director of
a well known country brewery, selling to major high street
supermarkets for their own labels. In 1975, Roger started
his own business and has worked successfully as a business
consultant in a variety of business sectors. Roger is
passionate about the use of behavioural and values tools as
a way of improving business performance, and he encourages
personal goal setting and 'life-time learning' all levels
of management as the keys to being 'in effective control'
of their own lives and actions.
