strategic and human resources background. She has many
years operational and management experience in the UK and
overseas hospitality and tourism industry, including the Gleneagles
Hotel and Craigendarroch group.
This
experience has included start-up, development and management
of new build businesses from a green field site, assisting
companies during the floatation process, project management
of a wide range of public and private sector economic development
projects, and advising companies and teams on selection, people
development, training and performance improvement.
