Keith Armstrong

Keith Armstrong has spent the last five years in Change Management Consultancy, working throughout the UK and mainland Europe.  During this time he has worked with a large number of major clients, from airports to printing, from banks to the defence industry.  However, no matter what the challenge or the business, Keith's passion lies in the behavioural aspect of his work, because he believes that, without a behavioural "underpinning", any benefits achieved are simply unsustainable.

Previously, Keith spent eight years in manufacturing, firstly in the food industry, with Bass Brewers and Mars Inc, then latterly in the automotive industry.  Keith is currently finishing his MBA at Warwick University. He and his wife, Zhara, live in Leeds.
