Adrian works with individuals and organisations, to help them develop the behaviours and mindsets necessary for peak performance.  He has worked with a wide variety of organisations at many levels from supervisors to owner/directors, in such areas as recruitment and selection, team development, and executive coaching.

He combines substantial executive experience of running large and small businesses with over 10 years study in the field of personal development. He has a pragmatic, practical approach utilising both his training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and psychometric profiling.
